The sudden passing of Mary Diana has left the real estate world and countless admirers in mourning. The 30-year-old founder and CEO of MD Modern Homes, known for her vibrant energy and relentless drive, died in her sleep just days after marking her 30th birthday with a trip to Dubai.
Mary Diana’s death came as a shock to many. A woman who had inspired clients, colleagues, and aspiring entrepreneurs across Kenya, she had recently been riding high on the waves of success. Just two months before her untimely passing, she had shared a heartfelt video celebrating her achievements, which has since resurfaced online and moved viewers to tears.
In the video, she is seen full of life and excitement, celebrating a major career milestone. Dressed in a striking black and orange jumpsuit, Mary took the stage with grace and confidence to receive the “Best Real Estate Agency” award during the Super Women in Business Awards 2025. Her joy was palpable as she delivered a short but powerful speech, thanking her supporters, mentors, and clients.
