Ugandan businessman and socialite Shakib Cham Lutaaya, popularly known as Shakib Cham, has finally spoken out about a question that has puzzled many of his fans: why he and his wife, renowned entrepreneur and socialite Zari Hassan, no longer follow each other on Instagram.
