The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has announced the extension of the application deadline for multiple judicial vacancies that had earlier been advertised, offering interested candidates more time to submit their applications.
In a notice issued on June 30, the Commission revealed that the initial deadline of June 9, 2025, has now been moved to Monday, July 7, 2025, at 5 PM. This decision affects key judicial positions across various courts in the country.
The advertised vacancies include:
- 15 positions for Judge of the Court of Appeal,
- 20 positions for Judge of the High Court,
- 10 positions for Judge of the Environment and Land Court,
- 100 positions for Resident Magistrate, and
- 5 positions for Resident Kadhi.
