Government Labour Export Programme
Kenya’s labour export initiative began in April 2023, sending 500 workers abroad to countries including Saudi Arabia, Oman, Germany, Qatar, and the UAE. In November 2024, the government announced plans to place one million Kenyan workers abroad annually.
While some critics have raised concerns about exploitation, the government insists such cases are isolated. The programme continues to provide Kenyans with global employment opportunities and higher earning potential.
How to Apply
CS Mutua encouraged candidates to attend interviews confidently and showcase their riding skills to seize this opportunity to work in Dubai.
