For SMS verification, send your national ID or passport number (used during registration) to 70000. You will receive a message confirming your voter registration details, including your full name, county, constituency, and ward.
For a more detailed online check, visit the IEBC’s verification portal at https://verify.iebc.or.ke. Upon entry, input your ID or passport number and your year of birth. The system will then display your full voter details, including:
- Full name
- County name
- Constituency and ward
- Polling centre name
- Polling station name and number (stream)
Additionally, users can download these details as a PDF document for personal records or future reference.
This initiative is critical to ensuring voter roll accuracy and transparency ahead of the 2027 polls. It also offers an opportunity for voters to identify and report any inconsistencies in their records early enough.
