Weytan called on the authorities to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the cause of the explosion to ensure the safety and security of residents. “I call on the relevant authorities to conduct a thorough investigation into the cause of this explosion to ensure the safety and security of all our citizens,” he stated.
He also urged residents to remain united and resilient in the face of adversity. “Let us come together in unity and compassion as we support one another through this hardship. Mandera is strong, and together, we will overcome,” he concluded.
