TikTok star King Tizian, a former boda boda rider from Nakuru, has found himself at the centre of intense social media scrutiny despite his recent fortune and skyrocketing popularity.
Tizian’s troubles began after he showcased his new Audi A7 on TikTok, a move that sparked a wave of criticism and negativity online. “There is a lot going on especially right now, a lot of negativity sijui mnasema nini…The thing I need to do right now is to be with real people, that’s my family. It never gets better than that. My mum and dad will never turn on me,” Tizian shared, visibly distressed.
In an effort to find solace, Tizian returned to Nakuru, where he was welcomed as a hero. The community, including local church members, held prayers to bless his new car. “Inafaa iende iombewe, sijawahi fanya hivo, inafaa iende church iombewe, there is a lot,” he said, expressing the need for spiritual support.
Amid the backlash, Tizian’s mother stood by him, offering unwavering support. “Kwanza hio kitu inaniboingi sana,” he said, emphasizing the strong Christian values she instilled in him. The heartfelt moment he has resonated with many of his followers, who praised his close bond with his mother.
