A police officer was injured after accidentally shooting himself during a botched robbery attempt on a private home in Dudi area, Khwisero, Kakamega County. In a separate case, authorities are investigating the suspected murder of a 52-year-old man whose body was discovered in a house following the sale of two sheep. The man was found lying on the floor with blood oozing from his mouth, raising suspicions of foul play. His wife has been taken into custody as investigations continue. Meanwhile, in Magadi, Kajiado County, another body was discovered in a bush in the Intasopia area.
