Arsenal have completed the signing of Danish midfielder Christian Norgaard from Brentford in a deal worth up to £15 million. The 31-year-old joins on a two-year contract, with an option for a third year. The initial fee is £10 million, with a further £5 million dependent on performance-related bonuses.
Norgaard arrives after a successful spell at Brentford, where he became a central figure since joining from Fiorentina in 2019. Over six years, he made 196 appearances and played a vital role in the club’s promotion to the Premier League in 2021.
